1. Rub the steak all over with a good lug of vegetable oil and a good pinch of sea salt and black pepper 2. Add the steak to a hot pan, then cook until it reaches an interal temp of 75oC 3. Once cooked , rest the steak on a plate or chopping board 4. Now it is time to add the edible gold foils. the slices must be placed very carefully on the meat and will stick on their own, without the need to add any other ingredient. In that sense, being so delicate, they must be handled with great care so that they do not stick to your fingers or the wind breaks them. 5. Serve
