Instructions:

Slice ciabatta bread and toast in oven for 4 minutes 180C. Meanwhile dice tomatoes and onion, mix them with chopped basil, salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Rub the toasted bread with a garlic clove, top it with your tomato salsa and serve. serves 6
