Recipe: Fish Goujons

Instructions:

Ingredients: 40g Cod 50 g plain flour 1 large free-range eggs 1 tablespoons sweet smoked paprika 40g breadcrumbs (Cooks' Ingredients lemon & pepper if available) 30g Chipotle Paste 30g Mayo ½ lemon 1.Preheat the oven to 220ºC/gas 7, then lightly oil a baking tray. 2.Remove skin 3.Cut the fish into finger-width strips 4.Season the flour and place it on a bowl 5.Crack the eggs into a shallow bowl, and lightly beat. 6.Mix the paprika with the breadcrumbs on another plate. 7.Coat the fish goujons with the seasoned flour, dipping them in the eggs, then coating with the breadcrumbs. 10.Place them on the oiled tray and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden. 11.Mix mayo and and chipotle ALLERGY INFO: , Cereals containing gluten, fish, Sulphur dioxide, egg
