1400g maris piper potatoes 1tbsp ground paprika 1tbsp garlic powder 100ml vegetable oil 70ml Sriracha 350ml mayonnaise 1tbsp chilli flakes Method: Preheat the oven to 180 C and then: 1. Slice the potatoes into wedges, ensuring they are all the same, as much as is possible. 2. coat the potatoes with the spice mix and oil. 3. Place on a baking tray and then into the oven for 30-40 mins until golden. 4. While the potatoes are in the oven, mix the mayonnaise and srirache in a bowl to make the dipping sauce.
