Recipe: Crema De Elote
Instructions:
Ingredients: 1kg of frozen corn 2 white onions 2tsp smoke paprika 1 soy milk Coriander Veg stock Equipment: Large pot Blender Recipe Description: Roast off a few sweet corn for the topping of soup with paprika and salt. Add sweetcorn, onion, a pinch of smoked paprika, veg stock, coriander stocks to soya milk. When the sweetcorn is fully cooked and the veg is soft, blend. Pass thru sive Season Top with coriander leaves and toasted sweet corn.

- soy milk : 300 ml
- vegetable stock : 30 g
