Recipe: Cherry Tomato & Mozzarella Sauté

Instructions:

In a frying pan heat up olive oil over medium heat, add shallots and garlic finely chopped and sweat it down until it starts caramelising. Add the cherry tomatoes washed ready halved, sautee for 2 minutes, adjust with salt and pepper and turn the heat off. Add diced mozzarella and chopped basil. Serve warm. serves 6

  • cherry tomatoes : 600 g
  • extra virgin olive oil : 30 ml
  • fresh basil : 10 g
  • mozzarella : 120 g
  • shallots : 100 g
  • garlic clove : 1 g
