Boil the potato, mash it and cool down. Sweat onions slowly until golden, add grated beetroots and cook until dry. Stir in ginger- garlic, chopped chilli and spices. Take off the heat. . Add breadcrumbs, potato, beans roughly mashed and ground cashews to the mixture. Chill. Shape into small patties and pan fry with a bit of butter (ghee if possible). serves 6
