Recipe: Beef Tagliatelle

Instructions:

800g Sirloin Steak 2 tablespoons butter chopped 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion chopped 3 garlic cloves chopped ½ cup white wine ½ cup whipping cream or half and half 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped 900g dried Tagliatelle salt and pepper to taste Parmesan cheese for serving Step 1 Start by sweating the onion and a garlic in the butter and olive oil, once soft and the spinach until wilted then add the white wine and reduce. Step 2 Add the cream and season with the salt and pepper, adding slightly more pepper than usual. Bring very swiftly to the boil before reducing to medium low and adding the cheese Step 3 Heat a large frying pan to high, season your steaks and cook until 75oC. Slice and serve with the pasta along with some parmesan shavings and fresh parsley
