Take the skin off your fish and blend it into a smooth paste in a food processor. Place it in a mixing bowl and fold in fish sauce,curry paste,chopped coriander,chopped dpring onions, chopped green beans, sugar, eggs, breadcrumbs and the juice of one lime. Mix well and form cilindric patties 80g each. Pan fry over medium heat in a non stick pan and serve hot with sweet chilli sauce on the side. serves 6
