I am from St Lucia but grew up in Barbados, I don't really have a speciality. I am pretty well rounded. I have worked as a private chef for the last 10 years but I have been in the catering industry for more than 20. Working in high end restaurants in central London. My work has also taken me abroad working in private villas and yachts around the world. My favourite food is curry as it reminds me of my childhood, my father is Guyanese Indian. I like cooking with fresh ingredients and transforming something humble into something spectacular.
