I am a private chef who enjoys cooking for relatively small, intimate occasions. Trained at Orchards Cookery School, my passion for cooking strives from a young age and being inspired by my mum - a wonderfully skilled home cook. Having travelled extensively over the years, my food is influenced by different flavours I’ve been lucky enough to try from around the globe. I have catered for family holidays, birthday canapé parties, picnics, dinner parties, brunches and lazy lunches. I also love casual dining; sitting around a table with a big group and diving into one of many delicious mezze / tapas plates that look as good as they taste! My cooking style is authentic, fresh and full of flavour & texture. Indulgent without being overly rich, I love using seasonal ingredients to enhance my dishes. My favourite cooking job to date has been aboard a mini cruise ship in the Scottish Outer Hebrides cooking for 10 guests at a time. Cooking with a view makes it somewhat more exotic! My main joy comes from sharing my love of food and flavours with others, and I would be more than happy to accommodate for any specific dietary needs.
