I’ve been cooking my whole life and decided when I was 18 to do it properly! I learn at the chef school Le Cordon Bleu in London and then moved to various fine dining restaurants across London. I am not from London though as I grew up back in Norfolk where I gained my passion for food working around the North Norfolk coast. For me inspiration comes from the produce, finding and cooking with amazing ingredients of which seafood sits above all. I love cooking game and local meats too but all manner or seafood is a massive passion of mine. Cooking for me is about the fun and enjoyment and having the freedom to create new incredible dishes and flavours.
