I'm Severine, French Caribbean Vegan Chef ( but I secretly prefer the term "Plant-based" ) Like almost all french kids, I've started my food journey mastering french pancakes recipes... Like almost all french chefs, I cook from childhood food experiences & memories always from the heart. The only way to make true flavours blossom. I've started as an amateur and food blogger in Paris 20 years ago, while studying then working in the non-profit sector as a Communications Specialist & Project Manager / Fundraiser / Event Manager. 4 years ago, I've moved in London for a life-change and I get my first job as a professional Chef. My cooking is rich in flavours and colours always based on whole food, organic and local whenever it's possible. I love to cook for memories. I want my cooking for your event to be a special moment and a lovely memory. Also, I'm passionate about health, nutrition and performance. I'd love to cook "nutrilicious" for athletes.
