Originally from Canada, Chef Ryan grew up skiing in the Rockies, surfing in Southern California and cooking for his family. He has travelled to over 50 countries, working as a professional chef in Canada, America, Thailand, Greece, Germany, France and the UK. He specialises in South Asian, Mediterranean and Modern European cuisines. He was awarded the Certified Chef du Cuisine designation in 2013, which is the highest culinary accreditation in North America. His career as a private chef culminated in 2016 when he became the Executive Head Chef of Consensio, providing bespoke and Michelin-standard private dining experiences to UHNW clients from all over the world. Sharing his love of food is one of the great joys of his life. Currently residing in Cheltenham, he is surrounded by some of the best local produce and most beautiful landscapes in the UK and considers it his privilege to bring all of that, and himself to one's tab
