Growing up in India, Rahul found inspiration in the cooking of Chef Sanjeev Kapoor and has since cooked in prestigious hotels and restaurants such as the Taj Mahal Hotel, Trident Hilton, and Dishoom. Rahul's signature dishes include traditional Indian favorites such as lamb curry, chicken curry, soups, and Indian snacks. He sources his ingredients locally and can provide Halal meat at an extra cost. With his vast experience and passion for cooking, Chef Rahul is sure to impress with his culinary creations.
