Chef Paule's passion for cooking started at an early age, mostly because she grew up in a world where cooking was central. Her dad was a chef and her mom mastered pastry and African traditional cuisines. Having this background, she benefits from her double culture: Côte d'Ivoire & France and the several countries she lived in. Trained under Michelin-starred chefs, Chef Paule has honed her culinary experience through her experience across many different countries, and through her fine dining experience in Paris and London. Earlier she also got the opportunity to work as a private celebrity chef for Didier Drogba, Dakore Egbuson, Hencha Voigt, and members of the Thailand royal family. Besides cooking, Paule loves to travel and spending time with her family.
