I was born and raised in Venezuela but come from a mixed family; Spanish, Italian & German. I've lived in Spain and for 12 years in London, so if anything my cooking is a reflection of all those cultures. I don't necessarily like the word "fusion" but I do love mixing up things! Expect veggie forward menus, waste conscious recipe and new flavour combinations. I come from a line of amazing cooks, so good food has always been on my table. I've also been very fortunate to travel and see -and taste- the world, which is still my main source of inspiration. I cook for everyone, because for me, food is about connection and communicating. Food has no berries, it is the biggest common place for all and I love being there.
