Chef Ozgur has been working professionally since the young age of 15. Originally from Turkey, Ozgur moved to London in 2007 and began his maverick career, working first at a Thai restaurant and then moving on to opening his BBQ grill store, then a Fish and Chips establishment and finally a cafe in Merstham. His life as a business owner was fast-paced, challenging and full of learning. He moved on from them to work as a sous chef in Crawley Hillside Inn, Wagamama, amongst others and then moved on to working as a private chef full time. He found that being able to interact with his clients, and witnessing his food being enjoyed first-hand was a driving force in deciding to be a private chef. He now boasts the position of one of the top private chefs in London. He specialises in Turkish barbecue and Indian and East Asian food.
