Coming from Jamaica, Nicholas developed his passion for cooking while watching master chefs before getiing on-the-job training through various hotels, restaurants and pubs. Ever since he can remember, he had always been fascinated by food and the art of cooking. Previously chef Nicholas had extended his skills at various hotels including St. Martins Hotel, and Roast Hippo Inn as well as in start-ups like Morgan's Bar & Grill and Muscle Work Cafe. He loves bringing his own flare to his cooking and finding the right balance while he is at the kitchen.
