My journey began when I was 17 at the Chateau Impney Hotel, Droitwich Spa, continuing to work in the kitchens of Boar, Temple Grafton, followed by the King’s Head Gastropub in Aston Cantlow. I also enjoyed a very successful, prolonged period at the prestigious Vintner Restaurant in Stratford on Avon before accepting the position of Head Chef at Salford Hall in 2016, where freedom, creativity and flair helped me gain my first Rosette in 2018. Food Champs offers diners the opportunity to feast on fine dining fare, which looks as pretty on the plate as it tastes on the palette. Me and my team appreciate that a great dish is not just the combination of the very best fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and a skilled chef but also of a professional service. The joy and excitement on the faces of my customers are what drive my passion for cooking!
