Originally from Slovakia, Chef Michal is a creative chef who has spent years cooking for some of London’s finest restaurants such as the famous Angelus, The Chancery Restaurant, etc. He has also worked in French, Italian, Modern British restaurants, gathering much experience in these cuisines to now creating his own recipes. He simply loves food and the creativity which comes with it. Creating unforgettable experiences is his forte. With over 15 years of experience in the culinary world, he's now a private chef exclusively, specialising in European cuisines and Vegan food. Besides being an excellent chef, people request him time and again due to his kind and friendly nature. Baking vegan is especially hard but Chef Michal truly excels in this, anyone lucky enough to taste his vegan desserts would contest that his desserts are sheer perfection on a plate.
