Meet Michael, a passionate private chef from Greece. With years of experience in restaurants around Greece and the UK, he specializes in Mediterranean and seafood cuisine but also has experience with meat and festive menus. Michail enjoys every single minute of cooking and provides a variety of services, including authentic home cooking, multi-course fine dining, Michelin quality tasting experiences, BBQ, hog roast, finger foods and buffets, meal prep, catering, live-in/holiday/yacht private chef, and cooking classes. Michail can cater to an authentic standard of British, French, Greek, Spanish, Italian, Mediterranean, Turkish, and Japanese cuisines. His team can cater to seated events with up to 50 guests+ (with three helpers) and also caters to standing events with food and staff, including KPs, waiters, bartenders, and more. In addition to his services, Michail provides dish variations for individual guests with dietary requirements, showmanship with smoke guns, blow torches, and more, organic ingredients, premium produce from Natoora, Wholefoods, and local farmers, setting the table, and Halal meat. He also offers the option for additional services including printed menus, heated plates, plates and cutlery, glasses, tablecloth and linen napkins, table decorations such as vases, flowers, placemats, and candles, large serving platters, bows/chafing sets for buffets, BBQ equipment, pizza ovens, afternoon tea cake stands, and cheeseboards. Michael grew up in Greece and has been working as a chef for 8 years. His biggest achievement as a chef is becoming a seafood and Mediterranean cuisine specialist, and he became a chef to make people happy. His cooking inspiration comes from his grandma's food. Michail's signature dish is braised and slow-cooked meat, and he sources his ingredients from local producers. He has worked in famous hotels and restaurants such as Macellaio RC as head chef and Savoy River Restaurant as a sous chef, and he has also worked at Six by Nico, Savoy Grill, and Noma, among others
