Having studied in Kiental in Switzerland, the Emirates Academy in Dubai and London. My Career has taken me far and wide, to many countries including the splendour of Hong Kong, being my home for a number of years, it's all combined to give me an international and eclectic approach to food, dining and our industry. Subsequently I have cooked for many top Chefs and celebrities over the years and in 2001 was awarded two AA rosettes, certificate of merit for culinary excellence, of which I have now received 7 times.
