Chef Lech developed his talent for cooking as he travelled the world to learn international cuisines. He finally moved to England and over the years he has worked as Head chef and Sous chef at some highly reputable establishments across the UK and Poland including Sheraton Grand Kraków, Wentzl in Kraków, The Hawkley Inn, La Piazzeta & Ye Olde George Inn Petersfield.
