Lauren is a highly skilled and passionate private chef who has been honing her craft for over a decade. With a background in traditional catering and French cuisine, she became a qualified chef at the young age of 18. Not content with just culinary expertise, Lauren also holds qualifications in front of house service, silver service, and management. This all-round package allows her to create a truly unforgettable dining experience for her clients. In 2009, Lauren was awarded the runner up position in the national finals of the Rotary Young Chef of the Year award. She has also served as head chef of the BBQ smokehouse, where she developed a vast knowledge of smoking meats in industrial American smokers. Lauren has worked alongside renowned food expert Mark Studley, known as the "dirty food guy", gaining immense knowledge in other aspects of food, from dirty burgers to fine dining. Whether it's classic home cooked comfort food or indulgent, naughty dishes, Lauren's creativity and passion shine through in everything she creates.
