Kun (AKA Kristine) Lhermette is an experienced Freelance and Private Chef. She has been cooking family meals since the age of 10. In the past 7 years, she has been busy working with well-established kitchens in London, working alongside some incredible Michelin chefs in the country. She has worked for restaurants such as Mark Sargeant's restaurant, D&D London, 100 Wardour Street, Coq D' Argent to name a few. Because of her instinct for cooking, and great palate for food, she cooks a variety of cuisines to a very high standard, but her heart lies with Asian food which she grew up with. Her core focus is modern Asian food, authentic or with a fusion twist as you prefer.
When it comes to desserts, however, she prefers the European counterparts served with a fun Asian twist!
