Fast forward 10 years, Jonny is now a versatile chef, boasting a vast array of experiences from being a chef for the German Formula 1 Team to being the head chef at many restaurants across London and Devon including Camden Eye and former SW9 Bar. Starters (can choose two out of the three) Smoked salmon, Feta mousse and dill crostini’s with lemon zest. Harissa and lime prawn cocktail with whipped avocado and Baby Gem lettuce. Blue cheese and hazelnut stuff mushrooms with seasonal verde drizzle Main Roast turkey with all the trimmings: pigs in blanket, sage and onion stuffing,honey roasted ham, duck fat roast potatoes, carrots and parsnips, pickled red cabbage and Brussel sprouts Or Smoked salmon en croute- New potatoes, wilted spinach, charred tenderstem Broccoli. With mustard veloute Or Braised brisket with caramelised onions- Duck fat potatoes, thyme, rosemary and honey flavoured carrots and parsnips, runner beams and whipped horseradish
