Hi! I run my own business with my sister, Knead a Little Love, a lockdown-born patisserie with our main offering being vegan doughnuts and other free-from baked goods without sacrificing on the taste. We also have a wider offering of other bread and pastries. Though I actively try to lessen my intake of animal products, I enjoy all food and I want to be able to cater to everyone. I am trained in Pastry from Le Cordon Bleu, London and have worked in both 5 star and Michelin star restaurants. I have a passion for all things food and absolutely geek out on anything that is to do with my career. I spend a lot of my spare time practising dinner recipes, taking inspiration from my favourite books and sites and making them my own and experimenting further.
