He trained at The Chester Grosvenor Hotel, rising to the position of Head Chef by the age of 23! He has mastered all the traditional cuisines, he sought to provide intimate dining experiences. His reputation precedes him in the Wirral/ Chesire area and he is always exploring new recipes and enjoys locally sourced produce. Fine dining at home is his forte and his menus are innovative with a twist of genius. He also has a vast knowledge of wines and provides wine pairings with his menus. His passion for food is something he wants to pass along whether it be through private dining events or cookery classes. A master at work if there ever was one!
