Chef Hannah is a nutritionist and health coach specialising in helping people with natural ways to manage weight, energy and mood. Since leaving her corporate job in 2010, she has spent the last 12 years delving into all aspects of health, including cooking, nutrition, exercise and stress relief. She worked for many years as a private chef cooking heathy meals for busy families (even flying out to Germany every other week for a year for one of her families who moved there from the UK). Alongside her love of cooking, Hannah has trained extensively in naturopathic nutrition, culinary nutrition and even beauty nutrition and has most recently become a health coach, accredited with the UK Health Coaches Association. Now bringing together cooking and coaching, Hannah is passionate about helping people to ditch the beige (aka ultra processed foods) and to discover the wide ranging benefits of eating a natural, colourful whole food diet.
