Hi there, my name is George. As a passionate foodie, I believe cooking is Science and Art combined - and I'm a loyal student of it! I got in the food industry as an Army Chef and I have 10+ years of experience. Within the army I have been able to acquire a myriad of different knowledge and experiences. From industrial cooking, feeding up to 2500 per meal, to running the Messes in camp (Officer's , WO & Sgts),conducting dinner nights & functions for various VIP &VVIP personalities(including King Charles!). I have done work placements in various hotels in London, conducted various private functions(weddings, anniversary, Christenings etc) and worked in different countries under different conditions! I've won Awards in TRI -Service Food Competitions( Army vs Navy vs Raf) and ran cooking lessons for different groups. I'll be honoured to help create an experience for you!
