She has been chief executive and head of teachers for the Cheshire cookery school. She has been a chef developer for many English-established restaurant companies like Piccolino and San Carlo. She was also the main food judge for the Italian Awards in England and works a full-time job as a personal chef for top premier league footballers. She loves life and likes to keep very healthy and positive.
