My name is Finn Toal and I am based in Stockport, South Manchester. I have a passion for cooking vegetarian home food where my family are my harshest critics. So far plates have always come back empty so they’re always demanding for me to keep cooking for them. Cooking for customers has always been rewarding and positive feedback only encourages me to get my apron on. I would love for A.A Gill to try my food in the hope his review isn’t too harsh. But I would love to cook for Peter Hook, mainly spend most of the time chatting about his life, and if he’s lucky then maybe he will get his food. In my spare time I study at university to become a journalist. So I’m either sourcing stories, chasing interviews or keeping up with what’s going on around Manchester and nationally in the news.
