Born and raised in southern Italy, Chef Federico D is currently a freelance private chef and nutritionist. He is passionate about cooking delicious and nutritious food. Having previously worked at The Ivy (London) and Mark Hix restaurants (London), chef Federico has gathered quite some experience over the years since moving to London in 2015, broadening his culinary skills to include more cuisines like European, Mediterranean, etc. His grandmother has been a huge culinary inspiration to him and has helped inculcate in him the passion for cooking traditional food.
