Chef Fabrice's extensive career of 2 decades began with an apprenticeship at l’ Ecole hoteliere de L’ Avalasse a Rouen before he began working as a Chef in Normandy. While working in Normandy at Hotel Restaurant de la Gare, it was awarded a Michelin star. Later he went on to be an executive chef with the Jumeira group, Universal Resorts, etc. and worked in international hotels & resorts in Portugal, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Ireland, the Canary Islands, Maldives, Zanzibar, Qatar and London. He has an impressive roster of celebrity clients such as Robin Williams, Steve Martin, Luis Miguel, Eric Idle, Florence Fabricant, and Hillary Clinton, to name a few. He has extensive experience in the kitchen, as a chef consultant, and food developer. He is passionate about nutritional eating for children and overall clean homemade nutritious food. He is currently chef consultant and a private chef extraordinaire, adding further fans of his wonderful food and service to his impressive roster of clients- leaving them all forever impressed. Chef Fabrice also offers wine pairing with all menus.
