Chef Eve has been an animal lover and environmentalist on the run in different countries. She created one of the top vegan restaurants in Emilia Romagna region of Italy in the past 5 years. Now she travels between London and Italy to cook for private events and supper clubs. Her traveling experiences are always reflected in an international menu, showing the versatility and possibility of vegan cooking. Eve believes “peace begins on our plate”. When Eve is not cooking, she trains as a voiceover artist.
Her favorite cooking style is authentic home flavours. Her favorite chef is Korean Buddhist nun and chef Wookwan. Her favourite cookbook is Crossroads.
