David studied cooking at Westminster College for 3 years David trained as a Commis chef with Gary Rhodes at the Green House Restaurant in Mayfair and also with Anton Mossimon at the Belfry in Belgravia under chef Danny Crow. David has a vast amount of knowledge in the kitchen and has been cooking for over 33 years. David can cook many different styles of cuisines He has worked on many prestigious events from the Queens Enclosure at Wimbledon, Cartier Polo, Spain's King & Queens Wedding as well as many more high end cooking experiences. David become Head Chef at Hispaniola Restaurant at Embankment on the Thames. David currently runs Real Hoxton Chef-Supper Clubs in London and is also a co-owner of Mindplus Retreats, in SE England.
