With over 12 years of experience, he loves the intricacies of Mediterranean food, and cuisines of Spain, Greece, Italy, Romania, and Hungary and has had first-hand experience creating menus and designing dishes of these cuisines. Moroccan and Middle Eastern cuisines are close to his heart as well, and he works continually to source fresh and authentic ingredients and perfects his skills in all of these different culinary traditions.
