Clare has spent 20+ years honing the art of cooking. Originally Cordon Bleu trained, she primarily works with HNW clients including famous authors and professional athletes as their personal chef. Through this she’s worked across the world, cooking for her clients. In 2015, she also authored ‘Cooking for Chaps’ - a cookbook with homage to British Cuisine. She also won a Great Taste Award for her brownie (a must-try!) With this extensive experience, Chef Clare believes in crafting delicious recipes which help to create an atmosphere of relaxation and conviviality. For her private dinner party clients, she seeks to always create some magic on the plate.
