Chef Charlie is a versatile cook, having been passionate about food since a young age. He has previously been chef at The Pheasant Inn - Helmsley (award winning 3 Rosette fine dining restaurant) and recently worked as a chef at the Alpine Escape boutique chalet company in courchevel in France and has worked for them for 3 seasons!
Charlie has a diploma in Professional Cookery in Food Safety & Catering from Darlington College and a diploma in Patisserie & Confectionery from York.
I love cooking my own food and dishes and creating new things so if there is a cuisine you would like me to cook feel free to ask and I will be sure to come up with a menu for you!!
