I am a fully qualified chef with over 15 years experience.
I spent 8 years working at Leeds Castle and am now a nominated catering supplier for one of their venues, Battel Hall.
I love smoking meats using apple or cherry wood for that extra smoky flavour and a texture that melts in the mouth.
But my real passion is to give an enjoyable, unique and comfortable dining experience to my clients - bespoke menus are available upon request and I even do the washing up afterwards!
