Award Winning former restaurateur, chef, and tutor, with over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, Chef Andrew is a treasure in and out of the kitchen. He has been Head Chef at Congham Hall (2AA Rosette), The Crown Hotel (3AA Rosette) Sous Chef at the Village Bistro (2AA Rosette, Michelin Star). He was the proprietor of his own establishment- 'The Cafe, which was awarded 3AA Rosettes, within 10 months of being launched. He enjoys teaching and has been a lecturer at West Somerset College, Petroc College, Nick Nairn Cookery School and The Cookery at the Grand York. Passionate, knowledgeable about food and humble, private dining events catered by chef Andrew are truly special.
