He is highly versatile, deeply rooted in flavour, and has dedicated his life to learning techniques from food cultures worldwide. Alex has been a chef for 20 years He has worked in various acclaimed eateries across the South West and the Channel Islands and is now based between Bristol and Cambridge. He further developed his refined dining style during his time as head chef of Zazus kitchen in 2010. Alex was hired to create it into a restaurant, where it became a playground for creativity and techniques. It was very successful, receiving numerous 5* reviews and has now been developed into a chain of successful restaurants. Food has always been Alex's all-encompassing passion, and he even often spends time off practising and playing with new ideas and techniques.
