Nikita is the MasterChef The Professionals 2022 Winner. Classically trained Nikita has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens across London ever since she was 18. Her food is heavily influenced by her experiences in Asia. She started an apprenticeship aged 18 at the Lanesborough Hotel, in London, preparing finger sandwiches for afternoon tea. Since then, she has gone on to work at a number of Michelin Star establishments in London, including Core by Clare Smyth and Claude Bosi at Bibendum
