I know some people think they\u2019re overly fussy, but I really enjoy putting little herbs and flowers on canap\u00e9s.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p>She also swears by baking paper to set up canap\u00e9 stations, and a mix of neutral and natural-looking platters: \u201c<em>Tin, metal, white sharing platters\u2026all the food just looks really good on a neutral background<\/em>,\u201d she says. There\u2019s a lot of chefs out there\u2026so if they do choose you, there is probably a reason for it.
