That gave me the confidence I was on the right path.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p>As repeat bookings and referrals grew, so did Christian\u2019s confidence in the path he\u2019d chosen. His reputation was building organically, and he could see the sustainability of what he was creating.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe ability to tailor my services to my values and passions solidified that I had made the right decision for my personal and professional fulfilment.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p>To date, he\u2019s completed <strong>182 events through Yhangry<\/strong> \u2014 crafting dishes that meet a wide range of dietary needs and adding his own flair with cocktails like Aperol Spritz and Negroni.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -heading\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-a-new-relationship-with-work\"><strong>A New Relationship with Work<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p>Life now looks very different. Christian typically manages around 3\u20134 events per week \u2014 challenging but far more manageable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p>A good month, he says, includes:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Around 16 well-paid bookings<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>A healthy mix of event types<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Downtime to recharge and stay inspired<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p><em>\u201cMy relationship with work has changed a lot. Managing 3\u20134 events a week can be challenging, but I have more control over my schedule and time, which is a big plus.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p>While the work still demands focus and adaptability, the autonomy has made it rewarding in a way restaurant kitchens couldn\u2019t.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p><em>\u201cMentally, it means feeling energised and inspired by the work, rather than burnt out. Network with event planners, caterers, and other professionals in the space. A strong digital presence is essential \u2014 so invest time in creating a professional website and maintaining social media that showcases your work. Word-of-mouth referrals are invaluable, so always strive to exceed client expectations with every event.<br><\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li><strong>Master Organisation and Communication: <\/strong>Being a private chef involves much more than cooking. You\u2019ll need to be highly organised across <a href=\"https:\/\/yhangry.com\/the-perfect-chef-menu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">menu planning<\/a>, grocery shopping, logistics, and time management. Communication is equally important, not just to understand client needs, but also to manage expectations and build trust.
