The categories of data we may collect include:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Identity and Contact Data: name, email address, phone number, account details, login credentials, and (optionally) date of birth if you choose to provide it (e.g., to receive discounts or birthday offers).<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Payment Data: billing address, payment method information (processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe), and Chef bank details for payouts.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Booking Data: event details, menu selections, guest counts, pricing, communications between Clients and Chefs, and transaction history.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Location Data: event addresses, Chef travel radius, and general city information.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Profile Data (Chefs): photos, biographies, ratings, reviews, menus, availability, and other information Chefs choose to share to promote their services.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Marketing and Communications Data: your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our partners, and records of communications with you.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Operational Data: transcripts of calls, live chats, and support interactions relating to your use of the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Technical Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and other technical information about how you access the Platform.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Usage Data: information about how you use the Platform, such as pages visited, booking patterns, interaction times, and features used.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>Aggregated Data: statistical or demographic information (e.g., number of bookings completed, schedule information, website traffic trends). Chef Images and Content<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p>By using the Platform, Chefs grant Yhangry the right to use their name, likeness, images, menus, and food photos for marketing, promotion, and publicity purposes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -paragraph\">\n<p>7. Data Storage and Transfers<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"core-block -list\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><div class=\"core-block -list-item\">\n<li>All user data is stored on secure servers in London, UK.
